Then, when a friend originally from Minnesota(caution! rhubarb capitol/state of the world) visited, I made a rhubarb & strawberry crisp. BTW if you cut it(the rhubarb) raw into 1/2" - 3/4" pieces, it freezes nicely for later use.Roznoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6279373211406084291.post-12691849351721265402011-06-26T07:26:11.346-06:002011-06-26T07:26:11.346-06:00Oh I grew up on rhubarb....ole' fashioned rhub...Oh I grew up on rhubarb....ole' fashioned rhubarb pie!Your crumble looks DE-lish!

Linda @Lime in the cocoAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6279373211406084291.post-18885274981256044082011-06-25T11:16:01.322-06:002011-06-25T11:16:01.322-06:00Your crumble looks delicious! Best dessert I've EVER had (and that's saying a lot as much as I love chocolate) was strawberry rhubarb pie at a hotel in Cape May, New Jersey.Annhttp://www.allthingspaper.netnoreply@blogger.com
