Day 354 (but who's counting?)

It's been a long, long time since I worked on any projects on the house remodel. I realized the other day that we started this project almost a year ago, which caused me to freak out and panic just a little bit. So I'm taking four days over this Easter weekend to tend to some projects that I've been avoiding like the plague.

Can I just say that the only thing I hate more than painting a ceiling, is having to repaint a ceiling! After we repaired the leak in the ceiling last summer, I realized that somehow the paint I used initially had developed more of a sheen. I'm not sure if I accidentally combined two paint buckets of different finishes or what, but the bottom line is that I have to repaint the whole kitchen ceiling to get everything to match. I hate painting ceilings so much that I have put this off since last July...



I'll be might happy when days like this are a thing of the past!
